I am about 2 weeks late in posting this, Kathy from http://www.kaffeinatedknits.com/ was my pal and she totally spoiled me. Thank you Kathy I love everything First there was the Vera Wang bag
which I totally love !! and there was little cards she had made that had web info for me to go to which I totally love, there were the needles and the smaller purple bag for my notions and the darning needle holder which I adore because I always stick them in the curtains and then cant find them so now they are tucked safely away then there was the eucalan to wash my new socks in when I get them done.

I love this yarn,I have the first sock done
I am making the basketweave socks and have learned alot from this pair of socks, this heel flap has the eye of partridge or staggered stitch
and it also has an instep pattern I was not familiar with this until now. Oh and she sent a kit for my tootsies so they can look good even if I don't have socks on again Kathy thank you very much. I have the second sock on the needles and hope to have them finished by next weekend of course my phone camera does not do any of this any justice but thought I would share anyway. have a great day

Hi there Linda, this is your funky scarf swap pal. I have a big apology to make. I am only halfway through your scarf at the moment. I am suffering alot of pain in my hands at the moment and can only do a little a day so I will not be able to post this week but will do next week. I am going to the UK for 4 days tomorrow too which will hold me up. I am so sorry but will make it up to you. all the best
